ideal for new students. there are several apartments in the building available. the place is loacated in front of the south gate, next to the high school.
-the place is secure, 2 gates to go through
-close to campus, u can toss a stone at the security guard from your window
-grocery, taxi, 7-11 all close
- maintenance guy lives in the building. if u need a favor he will do it.
recommended, at least for 1st semester. i think there is a 6month option, call the lady

How much is rent?

if u split it with with someone, it would be 4000 pesos a person, that includes water, gas, and outside maintenace services.

this apartment is actually close, close, close to school. I have been around the area and I have never heard any parties or noise around it. Good luck

Yes, it's actually a really nice place that gonza is in and you CAN throw a stone at the security guards at the rear gate. Not that you should though - they're nice and have nightsticks.

just doing the landloard a favor since she was nice and looked out for the students. she actually had 2 meetings with some school people over the 5th pathway ordeal. she went as far as to ask for assurance in writing, if interested ask her about it, she would be glad to forward the letter.
