Thread: Package deal for sale/apartment for rent

If you are an incoming medical student to Guadalajara and looking for an easy transition here is your opportunity! I am selling a package deal that includes everything a student would need. Just hop on a plane and walk into a hassle free transition. Apartment and package available mid June. My package includes the following:

2 bedroom/1 bath/balcony ($500.00/month) which includes gas, water and trash pick up.

Electric: is approx $25.00/month
Cable + high speed internet: $55.00/month
Note: first month electric and cable/internet will already be paid for and continued to be activated upon your arrival. One of the many hassles of living in Mexico is that it can take months to activate the cable/internet.

The package itself for $3,000.00 USD includes: 1 full size bed with frame, 2 individual single mattresses, futon, 3 large rugs, towels and bathroom appliances, all linens for bedding, all beautiful/solid wood cherry furniture (entertainment center with bookshelves, dining room table with glass insert + 4 chairs, 2 matching coutches with coffee table and big side chair), large TV and smaller TV for bedroom or study, and DVD player, CD/radio player, refridgerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave and all kitchen pots/pans etc, electric heater, 2 fans etc. In addition, full set of Kaplan books for an early start for USMLE 1, old study material and extra books. I will also leave a Guadalajara guide around the city (i.e to Walmart etc.).

In addition, the building is well lit, parking available, maintance man present 6 days/week, 4 stories, approx 22 apartments total, all American International students, and landlord speaks English. This building has lots of character and only 3/4 mile from school and with a grocery store, bank, starbucks etc. just around the corner. Please send inquiries to email address if interested. hey there - at this moment I am trying to sell everything as a package, but I will keep you in mind if I need to sell things individually. At this point, I am going to hold out for the package as a whole. Thanks for asking!
