Apartment for rent!!
The apartment is on Seris (right next the papeleria and the OXXO). It is one of the biggest apartments from the area. It is exactly 5 minutes away from school, walking, two blocks. The landlord is very nice, rent is 5000 pesos a month, about 480 dollars. He pays for water, and all you have to pay for is electricity, which is practically nothing and gas is about 300 pesos every 3 months..

Wired for cable ? Will the rent be going up ? How long did you have to sign a lease for ?

Washer ? no washer, you do get a stove and I am selling my fridge and washer if anyone is interested.
Wired for cable ? yes Will the rent be going up ? no, he said no to me How long did you have to sign a lease for ? you tell him how long you want the lease for. He'll ask you if you want it for 6 months up to 4 years.
