Fabulous, spacious 2 bedroom condo for rent in June!!

This is a great location in a very nice neighborhood, about 12 minutes driving from ICB, 5 minutes from CU and about 15-20 minutes from HAL. The location is in Colonia Estancia, minutes from everything. You can walk to Plaza Galerias (mall, wal-mart, theatre, etc) or walk to the gigantic park about 3 blocks from here. There is also a little store downstairs where you can find everything from eggs to soup. On this residential street there is also a laundromat, a papeleria, butcher's shop, and two or three other miscellaneous stores! This is a safe neighborhood in a quiet building.

The condo is 2 bedrooms 1 bath with plenty of storage in the bedrooms and a pantry in the hallway across from the kitchen. It is quite spacious and I have been very happy here. Upstairs there is a washer that is for your use only.

Rent: $5500 pesos
Deposit: $5500 pesos

The owner pays the water and the maintenance fee. There is already a landline set up, which costs about $192 pesos per month. It is easy to get DSL (1 mega) for about $300 pesos and if you go to Telmex and pick up the modem, you can generally have service (Prodigy) in about 24 hours.

The unit is fully furnished - the only thing I bought here was my desk and chair, which I may have to sell. If you are really nice, she may continue to leave her TV and stereo for you! The owner has been great and is very easy to get along with and actually wants you to be happy in her unit. She is responsive if you need anything, or if request something to be fixed. She seems to be flexible with pets if that is something that is important to you. Oh, and this is also a secured building and the building manager looks out for everyone. You will have your own parking space, which is a treat compared to what a lot of people have to go through with parking.
