Queen size bed by Simmons w/ box springs and legs to maximize storage. You can't compromise comfort while in med school; bought brand new-only 3 years old.

GE gas dryer works like a charm; bought brand new-only 3 years old.

Samsung washer can wash large loads, including a queen size comforter; bought brand new-only 3 years old.

LG refrigerator WxDxH is 26.5 in x 27 in x 65 in; 11 cubic feet; bought brand new-only 3 years old...brrrrrr.

Miscellaneous stuff.

All prices in pesos but will accept dollars. I will sell everything in a package price for 20,000 pesos or its equivalent in dollars. Otherwise, you can buy individually. George Foreman Grill. Big enough to cook 2 hamburgers. Perfect for that single guy that doesn't cook a whole lot. Bought brand new 3 years ago. Works perfectly. Includes bun warmer. Cover to bun warmer is cracked though, but still works fine. $100 pesos.

The landlord said he was raising the rent to $7500 for our unit. He's only raised rent once in the past 3 years and was very fair w/ the increase. We started out paying $7000. There will probably be 2 more units available out of 4 total.
