I have to come back to the United States ASAP and I have many items for sale such as bed, lamps, night stands, desk, chair for desk, brand new HP printer, book shelf, steam iron, TV, microwave, refrigerator, oven/toaster, etc. Also, I have a 2004 Nissan Platina with 33 thousand kilometers for 5 thousand dollars. Furthermore, my apartment will be available. The rent is 2,800 pesos, the equivalent of 260 dollars per month. It is on a top floor, no neighbors on either side or on top of you. Great place to study and its seems like you live in your own house. I havent found a better deal for the price after visiting my medical school friends here in Guadalajara.

The apartment is located in Pompeya St between Terranova and Ruben Dario. The area is super secure since we have the police station about half a block from the apartment. Excellent community with park and close to school. I will guarantee you, you will not find a better place for the price.
