3 bedroom (with lots of closet and storage space), 2 bathroom + bonus room available for rent immediately. Large enough for roomates. The house has a living room, dining room, den area, 2nd eating area, large farely new kitchen, 2 patios, back patio with washroom space and maids quarters, front yard with a small garden and gated (remote control) parking for two cars. There is some furniture (futon, bedroom sets) there as well as large appliances (microwaves, fridge, washer,tvs) available for sale. The house is located off of the cross streets Terranova and Milan really close to Savora the sandwich place about a 10 min walk to ICB (3 min drive). The landlord is very nice and accomodating. The rent is 10,500 pesos about 1000 USD. I am actually looking to leave GDL so it wouldn't be so good to take over your place. But let me know if you are interested in looking at the place.
