I will be moving out of my apartment at the end of this semester and am looking for someone to take it over.
The apartment is a maximum 7 minute walk from the campus. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The rent is $8,000 pesos per month and the apartment is large enough for 3 people. It is very clean with all new furniture. I am looking to sell my package that includes beds, couches, tables, chairs, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, plates, glasses, etc. Plus, I have all the text books and handouts for all classes at both ICB (1st 2 years) and LeAno hospital (2nd 2 years).
