I will admit I am not the hugest fan of the outgoing link click counter/redirector (usmleforum.php), but those issues aside, it does not process html link anchors correctly. For example, if I wanted to point out/link to a specific post like this:

http://www.valuemd.com/medicine-190534.html#190534

The LCC/redirector loads the correct page, but the indicated post does not come to the top of the browser window as would happen if the page were loaded directly into the location bar.

I hope I made myself clear enough, and thanks for looking into it.
