Why is Texila in Caribbean forum

Why isn't Texila American University in the Central & South American Medical Schools forum where it belongs? TAU is in Guyana, not the Caribbean.

Belize is also an Anglophone Caribbean country (and actually borders on the Caribbean) and yet it's in the Central & South America forum.
