State Med Board Contacts?

Hi,
I heard that ca,tx, and pa were the most stringest in terms of licensing requirements. I'd like to maker sure that my clinical sites are kosher w/ all these states so i don't cut myself short for future practice. I have the email for the cali contact, but have no idea who to email for tx and pa. I was wondering if anyone knows who these contacts are, or what the state requirements are. Thank you,
