UT should be fine, must be ECFMG certified indefinately,
CO has been known for giving problems to IMGs in general for no particular reason, but it should be okay.
AZ is fine
NV is fine
OK should be fine
KS will be okay come 2011, which wouldn't affect you if you started school now
NE should be fine
the dakotas have given students problems before, but can't really comment
MN should be fine
OR fine
WA fine

i've called UT, AZ, OR, WA and talked to the licensing board myself. these are the states i'm interested in, and i received confirmation that all should be fine. just be ECFMG certified (= graduate w/M.D. w/step 1, 2ck, 2cs, plus step 3, all w/in 7 years, that kind of stuff).

Mann! WCB22, you have alot of informartion about everything... See i'm from houston also and i was thinking it would be close to home if i go there but then a lot of threads here state that this school is owned by SPARTAN and i am not such a big fan of SPARTAN.
Anyway, how are the teachers... are they Indians(like in Spartan) or are they actually MDs from U.S?
How are they on Step 1 Prep.?
would you like to share your Step 1 scores(if you have taken it)?
And also, how come there is anyone else from CAHSU participating in these threads?
how are the living conditions in El Paso?
