the grads that graduated prior to cali approval are not going to practice in cali because they are not eligible to do so.

I think the OP knows that, he is just trying to round up people to try to sue CA.

What 2 years are you talking about? Anyone who started before January of 2002 is ineligible to go to California at this time. It doesn't matter if you started in Sept 2001 or if you started in 1996, either way you are not eligible.

CA

Count me in on the California wannabe list. I started in Jan 2001. One year too early. I think that the cutoff is totally arbitrary and would not stand the test of a challenge in court.
From an email, I got from Saba admin, they said they are appealing that ruling.

Let me know what you have in mind.

Thanks.

Please do not start a legal battle that you cannot take to a good conclusion is my advice.

Eh, let them tilt at windmills. Even assuming they get what they want, it will take years, and cost hundreds of thousands of dollars (if not more). All because they want something that they KNEW they couldn't have when they chose to go to SABA.

I guess that's what passes for moral clarity and integrity these days. Call a lawyer.
