No such thing as a "federal medical board".
But their "Grounds for Denial" ( http://www.medbd.ca.gov/applicant/ap...ernational.pdf ) would probably be applicable for denial by other State medical boards.

just wondering what happen your PTAL (CA letter) is rejected by CA medical board? Will they report it to federal medical board and use it against your future practice?
