hello I have a questions if I pass step 1, 2, 3; I would be able to work as a doctor in general medicine????????????

General Medicine

Depends. As a minumum you need PGY1 if you are a FMG. Check each State requirements. I believe there are still a couple of states that will allow you to practice. I think Wisconsin still accepts PGY1 for licensure.
