Missouri License Application-Help!

I am a medical doctor licensed in the state of PA. I have recently got a job in Missouri and am preparing to obtain a medical license for MO. I was involved in a domestic issue, but the case was dismissed on the day of the hearing, and my arrest record and all pertaining info was expunged (I was not convicted of anything ). I understand I have to disclose the arrest info on my application. Can I be denied a license?

You are better off calling an Attorney that deals with licensing in the state of MO. I highly recommend it, you do not want to take a random person advice off the web when it is regarding your future! It is well worth the few hundred you have to pay the attorney for his advice!

If you fail at AUC, SGU, or Ross why not transfer to SMU, if you fail at SMU, why not try another SMU.

I totally agree, spare a couple of hundred dollars and talk with a licensed attorney, it will be worth it, or join a pre-paid legal service for around 18 bucks a month and you may get an hour or two of legal advice at no cost as soon as you sign up and have been assigned an attorney. They also give you a good discount if you have a case. EITHER WAY, and I do not want to sound rude, but you are seeking for legal advise in this forum and as you may know, the forum is not intended for that.
