Universite Picardie

I graduated from Universite Picardie and worked for 10 years as a physician in France before moving to the US. I took and passed step 1, Step 2 CS and CK. I just got my US citizenship. Texas requires that I have to redo my residency again before I can apply for a license to practice. Is there a state that I can get a license in without having to go through residency again? If not, what else can I do to improve my chance of getting into a residency program? Thank you.
