Is there any suggestion regarding my case?
Hi everybody, I am 19 years old and I am gaining weight. Now I am 170 pounds. I am non-vegetarian. I want to loose my weight at least 30 pounds within 6 months. So I'm in a mood to go on a diet but every diet includes vegetables. Well I'm searching for a diet that includes more fruit or some other things, but no vegetables. I don’t like vegetables. Is there any suggestion regarding my case?
