How come I don't see STMU official explain about the recent investigation on the campus? He/she participated in every thread. This must be true. I find it irresponsible when people pay so much money for the education. The school is not even WHO listed.

So, if the school official sees this and I am sure he/she sees it. Please explain the recent investigation as Azkeptic posted. I believe every perspective student has the right to know especially the newbies just join the valuemd. I don't think it is too much to ask when the owner of the school is under investigation.

The Board of Directors and the entire STMU Admin team have decided not to respond to these allegations on valueMD as our first priority. Due to the fact, that no matter what proof would be offered here on this forum, there are those that have 1 sole purpose, which is to discredit for their own gain. We have responded to those organizations and or individual students who go through proper and appropriate channels. We will not respond to alias or anonymous inquiries.

Hello? It's not "allegations". It is in the newspaper. It is not something we made up. All perspective students should read that and questions themselves why on earth would they risk hundreds of thousands of dollars and time on a school in which the officials "have no answers". It really is not too much to ask. I believe it is not too much to ask for the newbies on the valuemd.com. Any perspective student should be very careful.

For the school officials, this newspaper shows the "extremely shady" side of the school. Nobody on the forum made up the story. This is not the first time the owner has done this. Just get this thing clear. To not even be able to explain or "apologize" the story which is on the Pittsburgh newspaper is laughable.

The school is also not listed on WHO. So, why on earth would any student go to their medical school? Do your homework and shop around.

I sincerely hope all students read the link that Azkeptic posted and then make your own decisions.

The owner is a ***** in which he has done this before. The school is not listed under WHO. The admission requirements on the school web site is *****. You can get in with any standards. To the current students, if you just started, maybe you want to reconsider. I mean it with all sincerety. You might get "residency" but you might not even get licensed at the end. What's the point.

I post this thread again to just want the newbies who probably spend hours on valuemd to find an answer. I can honestly tell you I have searched this school and it is not even close to standard. If you don't believe me, at least do your homework.

It angers me that in the article that is posed, a current student who went to STMU because "everything looks fine on the website and they say everything is certified." It really sucks to waste money and time because of ***** business owner.

School official answers my post by saying "Board of directors and administrations decided not to respond". Well, that is fine for me because I am not going there. However, any student that wants to go there should certainly read this article and question them themselves.

The "current students" should respond and ask the school officials the hard questions. I find it weird that the MDpharmd guy and the other "current student" is pretty silent about this issue. I guess you can not trust anything on the internet. However, below is the solid proof again that this school is a joke.

I read the news article. Those are very strong allegations directed towards this school.

I believe STMUadmin is taking exactly the wrong tact about this. This isn't some behind the back gossipping started by a disgruntled VMD user. Silence only worsens things, especially when instead of God only knows a hundred more important things, their FIRST priority is to ignore everything on VMD.

Let them figure out their way out of the investigation from the Government of St.Kitts, after all they granted the charter not Valuemd. After, and only after they clarify things, and provided they succeed, then it will be appropiate to make a statement in this forum, f they want to. So far, the damage has been done, not until they clarify whatever they need to clarify, why bother to post here? Is anyone in Valumed going to change the outcome of the investigation? I doubt it. No matter what they want to post here, it will be futile. These are serious allegations that should be addressed seriously not posting random replies in some forum. Eventhough, they pay advertisement in these forums. So much for a client, huh?

I think it serves as a reminder that though schools may advertise, the forums are still open and uncensored. I agree that these are serious allegations, and it is probably better for the school NOT to address them here. I do, however, think that people should be aware of them. The allegations have been published in a legit newspaper. It is something potential students should be aware of. G

I don't see what harm it could be by simply stating a few facts about WHY the publication is so erroneous. Especially when these schools get their enrollment from online advertisement and forums such as these.
