What's up Star,

You shouldn't need pillows, everyone was supplied with those when they got here. Even so, you can always buy them here for very cheap in any case. I brought my own sheets because I wasn't sure if they would be here or not, and it's wierd becuase some rooms had them and other didn't. So, go based on that. You can get sheets here, but to get quality ones, they will cost you. Toiletries you can bring with you, but ONLY if you have room. Personally, I would save that room for something else and get that stuff when you get here. As far as powerstrips and surge protectors, I would bring that. You could pay alot for them here (in some cases) and they're not too bad to pack. I brought rain gear, but most of the time when it rains, it just pours for about 10 minutes and then stops...but if you want it...BRING IT! And of course bring your beach gear...have to take a break from studying sometime :-P

Nimmuk does bring up a good point however. If you don't have room for anything you mentioned, it's not like you can't get it here on the island. It's just that things pertaining to electronics tend to be more expensive on the island! Hope this helps. Take care.

No, if you have space bring a small pillow and sheet, when I came here myself and many other people were not supplied with them. I was told to go buy them. It sucked because I came on a Sunday. I'm not sure about next semester, but I wouldn't take that risk. Even if it is a mattress sheet bring something just in case.

Pea.

bring

If you have room for it, ...Bring it. Yes they have everything here but it is more expensive. Especially any electronics.
