admission in January

Is SMU still accepting students for JAn 2006? How fast can a student get their loans from healthexpress?

Lightbulb Although...

Although it's cuttin it pretty close. I'd immagine you could still get in for January. I would contact the school as Charger said to find out. But like I mentioned in another thread, being late is never a problem at St. Matt's. There are few things I don't like about Matt's, but the fact that tardiness is common and always forgiven is nonsense.

you should apply for a loan, at least one month before planning to attend.
you apply online, then you have to mail the application/promissory note, then they will call St. Matts for certification. so count on 3 weeks- 4 weeks min.

Actually with Health Express you can do it over the phone. I would suggest doing a quick search on this site for information on it but several people have done it this way. Just give them a call and you'll know the ans. in a matter of mins.

My application for Jan '06 is currently under review. I scored a 20 P on the MCAT. Seeing that it isn't a requirement, do you think sending my score to SMU would help or hinder my application?

Thanks

You never really know seeing that it isn't a requirement. 20 is an OK score for Caribbean schools, I'm guessing that it will come down to your GPA and other medical experiences that you've had. Hope it works out, something tells me that it will!!
