DOES SMU PROVIDE CLASS NOTES FOR EACH LECTURE AS
THEY DO IN OTHER CARIB SCHOOLS AND US SCHOOLS??

nope, everthing is on powerpoint. by the way, not every US school and carib school does class notes.

For your 1st semester classes, yes...but not for your other courses

In other classes, such as physiology, you must rely on your hand-written notes because that's where you will be tested

the only class that i have had that doesnt use ppt is physio, but i believe there is a new prof coming...? anyone know this?

powerpoint is a program that is included in MS office. you can buy it at best buy or any other store like that.

I think what USA2005 is asking is, how he/she can purchase those powerpoint notes(class notes), just like how we did in some undergrad schools.
But no, you don't purchase the notes. You download them from the school server thru using your user ID and password which you will be getting in your orientation day.

THANKS BUT THAT seems like a arduous task to go chase notes everday and print them out on a slow computerv printer

That is a RUMOR that Dr. ********* is not coming back...

In class one day during the semester, Dr. M stated the rumor and then laughed! He said that the rumor always gets started in the spring and that's he's not going anywhere!!
