I thought the "Big Three" were Harvard, Washington University, and Johns Hopkins.

Sorry. I just couln'e resist that. Everyone in the Caribbean acts like the "Big Three" is everything. Just pointing out where the real "Big Three" are - Where we would all be if we had been admitted. If you aren't in the states, Just figure out what you need for the states you want to practice in, and then do it. Don't get hung up on the "Big Three".

Just wanted to point out as well that if you do rotations at a non-ACGME program, SMU now requires you to sign an informed consent waiver, acknowledging that you wish to participate in a non-green rotation against the advice of SMU.
