There was, but the AAMC list I use had Florida's link connecting to Deleware's page.
Here it is. It's a little unorthodox, but it will give you what you need to do. http://ww2.doh.state.fl.us/LASNET/De...ojectID=DOHMED

Atlanta is a city in which you can do all of your cores, however, Psych and Peds are non-green. FP, IM, Surgery, and OB/GYN are all green.
We no longer offer all cores in Baltimore (according to my super updated sheet I got on Thursday). You can do Psychiatry, IM, and Surgery, all of which are green. CT is also gone for any cores (not great quality rotations) for the moment. I updated the clinical site list at www.stmatthews.edu last week, so you can see that we've dropped some and added others. We have pilot sites being tested right now that could add a significant amount of green rotations, and allow us to phase out more non-grees rotations.

Green question again?
So could you explain the green / non-green thing again.
This is how I understood it.... if a site is green for say IM, FP and Peds, then that site has ACGME approved residencies for IM, FP and Peds.... so, if a site is green for all cores, then it is ACGME approved for all core residencies? What exactly is an ACGME residency? Why is this important and is it necessary for all states? Another question, can you go to England, to do, say, FP, IM and Psych and then come to somewhere in the States, let's say, Chicago to do Peds, Surgery, OB/GYN? Finally, fourth year is electives... does this mean you arrange them yourself? Can you do your electives anywhere or does the site have to be ACGME approved or green? What are the limitations on where you can go for electives? Thanks so much! |
