Thread: Cayman Airways Flights out of JFK on the 29th are cancelled

I was scheduled to fly out of JFK on Cayman airways Friday morning. I'm told my flight and all flights that day are cancelled. It is also possible that they will cancel Saturday flights too. Currently I'm rebooked on a Sunday flight into the Island....

My girl was leaving cayman on the 29th to JFK, that prolly cancelled as well.

WOW...I just checked my flight and its still on from Newark NJ not too far from JFK...we shall see what they do..I guess worse comes to worse I will leave on Sunday...all of those on the island be safe..no scuba diving

Looks like it will pass by Sat early afternoon....they prob wont cancel saturday flights just delay them until it passes

I'm flying into the island on Sunday but i was told that the residence halls don't open until Monday....what am i supposed to do???

All flights to Cayman are cancelled after today and only caymanians people will be able to come in.
This will be the case until the all clear is given, most likely on Sunday or Monday, if there are no damages.
