Hey Twan welcome aboard the SMU 2012 class. Currently there are no participating lenders for SMU but they are working on a direct assist program for the entering class which should be announced at the end of June(We Hope). So sit tight and let's see what happens in the meantime I guess should you be taking care of all the other paperwork that comes right after admissions, medical exam, immigration, criminal background check etc. Have a great summer. I will be coming down for Fall '08 from Michigan. Any other Michiganders out there? I talked to Financial Aid today and he mentioned that the loan situation should be finalized by next week. He didn't say exactly what it entailed but he seemed pretty friendly and helpful!

I was accepted today. I am also from Michigan originally but now live in Chicago. I am still waiting to hear back from other university's.

Hey Aleksander Congratulation I am also from Michigan. I went to U of M and just graduated in April. Where in Michigan are you from and where did you go to school?

Went to school at Purdue, then transferred to Eastern Michigan University to finish my B.B.A. in Finance. A Couple years later I went to Harvard for my postbaccalaureate pre-med. It's a long and winding road! I live in the Ann Arbor area now and work a little east of there. How bout you?

I currently live in Lincoln park. I went to loyola university chicago and plan on coming to SMU for the fall of this year.

I live in Farmington Hills which is about 30 minutes from Ann Arbor. I still have my college house there so i visit Ann Arbor every now and then. When is everyone heading to the island to move in and what is th earliest date we can move into the Residence Halls?

I think the earliest move in date may be 8/28 or you might want to ask the housing office Sebastien and they may be able to give you a more concrete answer. I now that they start assigning rooms in August.
