Bike theft at school

I just want to remind everyone that rides their bike to school to make sure that you lock up your bikes at the school, because there has been a recent rise in bike thieft at school ( I got my bike stolen during the day!). If you can buy the U lock which is more theft deterrent then those chain locks.(people had their chain lock cut and bike stolen) I know many people who have had their bikes stolen from the smu school bike rack over the 3 semesters i've been here in Cayman. I think this issue should be addressed to school officials, because its been going on for a long time, and its going to continue for each semester, until we do something.

When chaining your bike, plz chain the rear wheel to the rack because that is its most expensive component.

The only person I know that got their bike stolen from here left it on the bike rack UNLOCKED over a weekend. I highly doubt this happens often...

Mongo P.I.

Would I get to drive a Ferrari??? Don't take it so personally. It was amusing to see that a day after a post about bicycles being stolen there was a new post about selling a bike (that you don't know much about...hmmm)

But when I need a detective I am going to hire HR MANAGER CAYMEN. HE/SHE went from "first time hearing about this" to "having a couple suspects" in 3 1/2 hours. Now that is good detective work!
I am picturing a TV show set in the Caymans starring HR MANAGER CAYMAN. It would be a cross between Matlock and Diagnosis Murder. What do you all think?

Thanks for the complement, but the suspects are not students, they are young locals whom have be seen in the area.

By the Way I am an ex detective.

Matt L

As I said if you want to come to my office and discus please do so, second floor across from the Library.
