I just wanted to update people on the internet situation. I just got my IDL activated at the dorms today and I love it.

680.1 kilobits per second
Communications 680.1 kilobits per second
Storage 83 kilobytes per second
1MB file download 12.3 seconds
Subjective rating Not bad

Thats what i got from a bandwidth test. 1MB in 12sec on a remote island is much much better than i expected. Acutally, so far everything on the Island is better than i expected heh.

I paid $225 for 3 months service and they gave me a little USB modem and a cable.

Lets just hope it stays this way, so far its awsome!
