Room Available in Miami
Room available in a beautiful townhouse in Miami for 5th semester. The townhouse in Miami has 3 fully furnished bedrooms and 3 full baths. The townhouse is brand new and has never been lived in. All utilities are included except electricity. The rent is $1100 a month no deposit nor application fee. Please message me if you are interested.

Miami Townhouse
I would like to know a little bit more info. about the townhouse ad. The price listed is per room if I read correctly? Also have you found any other people to live in the house? I am asking because I prefer to live with female students.
I would also like to know about the location. I am familiar with the Miami area, esp. around Larkin Hospital since I had a chance to visit Miami recently.
