Hey guys.

Well, things are winding down for us in our 4th year at Ross and my roommate is taking off at the end of October.

That mean's that I need a brave soul (I'm a nice guy, really)to be my roommate starting in November in Astoria, Queens.

The apartment is pretty much a house. It's two floors, with 1 1/2 bathrooms, a garage and a back yard. Its two blocks from the N line and about 6 stops or so from times square if you want to go into the city.

Rent is 2060 a month total which is split between the roommates. Water and gas is included but the rest of the utilities are extra (I have to figure out what to do with the TV and Internet since they are in my old roomate's name).

If anyone is interested let me know. If you are just getting started with your rotations and moving to NYC for the first time, I'm sure I can give some great advice on how to get around here...as well as what rotations are good at whichever hospital.

Oh, and I forgot to mention one or two other things...

The lease is month to month, which is friggin awesome and in my opinion the best part about this place.

The landlord is the best landlord ever, very laid back...

Astoria is a GREAT neighborhood and is known as one of the best neighborhoods in NYC to live (good nightlife, EXCELLENT FOOD, low crime).

Oh and I'm a guy but I am more than happy to accomodate either male or female roommates.
