Roommate Needed!!!! SMB condo
Hi! I have a one bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath condo right on SMB. It is only a 10 min walk to school. Spacious condo has an oceanview and access to a swimming pool. Rent is only $950 plus utilities.

Apt for Rent
I'm interested in the room you posted. Is it still available and if so could you tell me about how much total expenses (rent+utilities) might come out to per month in US dollars. I will only probably be staying on the island this upcoming semester since I plan on going to Maine in the Fall. Thanks!
