We offer affordable housing at special rates for Saint Matthew's University students who are scheduled for classes in Windham, Maine (approx. 12 minutes away, St. Joseph's College 15 min. - Portland approx. 30 minutes from Windham).

For Fall Classes we have 12 rooms available: 4 in the Chalet , 5 in the Inn and 3 in the Motel

For Summer Classes there are only 5 rooms available for students.
The Chalet has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (new washer, dryer and dishwasher), a spacious living room

(digital cable-TV, VCR, A/C, 24/7 free wireless high speed cable internet-connection for every computer in the house), two decks and a sizeable back yard. Each room has a desk and lots of closet space. The Chalet is located next to the Inn, which has several amenities like a swimming pool.

The rooms in the Inn are comfortable and homey. They all have desks, phones and Cable-TV and a personal, wireless hookup to high speed internet browsing. Rooms in the motel are the most private, spacious and comfortable.

Has anybody on the board stayed here???

i HAD FRIENDS THAT WERE THERE.. It's far from windham and even more from Portland,MMC, ... I would definitely stay somewhere in windham 302, or whites bridge road.
