Do you know if during the 6 month break after our basic sciences if we pass the USMLE Step 1 and submit our scores to the office early if we can go ahead and start clinicals early or do we have to wait the entire 6 months? Thanks for your help

The schedule he posted looks like a 4yr schedule. No, you do not need to wait 6 months.

roflCOPTER is right, you don't have to wait 6 months...SJSM will set up your rotations 2-3 weeks after you submit your passing USMLE score. 2-3 weeks should be enough to move to Chicago to settle down. There is no specific date that you need to wait to start your rotations. Unlike ROSS university, where some students have to wait months for rotations, SJSM is good in setting up rotations in less than a month.
