My name is Rushane and I am starting SJSM on May 2008. But I have applied late and due to problems of sending all necessary documents, I wasn't sure if I was able to start in May. However, I came through and got them done despite sending them late.

Since I wasn't sure whether I would start in May, I did not yet purchase my textbooks required for semester 1. Although I could buy them through the university online website, I was told that it takes 2-3 weeks for the books to be delivered to the campus, which is a bit late for me to receive and study from. I'll try my best to go find the books from a local bookstore but I'm not sure whether I'll find all the books I need. Therefore, I was wondering whether there are any older students who would be kind to let me either borrow or buy the used first semester textbooks off from that I have not yet been able to find?

I'm sure there will be people here that you can buy or borrow from, but if all else fails, we have all the books on PDF, and you should be able to use those to get by if you can't get hard copies.

I'm not coming back to Bonaire until May 11th so I will post what I have available in the lunch room for anyone interested.

The only book that I'm looking for at the moment is Clinically Oriented Anatomy (4th Edition). So if anybody is willing to either lend or sell the book, I'd really appreciate it.

Posted the books I have for sale in the lunch room today...also have a dissection kit, mosquito net, lab coat and blood pressure cuff for sale for anyone interested. Just a side not too, I will be cutting hair and doing eyebrow waxing this semester (and next) for anyone interested. Posted prices on the same sheet with the books!
