If you are already on the island or will be arriving shortly,
Weekdays from 10 Am till 12 PM or later, either myself or the SGA pres as well as international coordinator will be in the school office. So, if you need help with anything, stop by. BRS has a good collection of questions with explanations
PreTest books are also good
I havent tried the questions, but the USMLE Made Ridicously Simple has like a 1000 questions that come with the book i think, i still gotta try them out, but ill make sure to tell u guys how that goes.

FIRST AID CASE STUDIES
for physiology, buy the guyton medical physiology review book. Has a 1000+ physiology questions with full explanations for each question, fantastic study source.

Some people actually buy the USMLE Qbank, i dont know how to get that... but its obviously from previous exams, but still, its more questions to test your knowledge.

Some people go to some other websites which well.. i hear are not realiable like...
