Hi Bonaire Med Students,

Studio apt in great location but you will need a car to get to either campus.

For Dec-March rent is $799 per month for Dec, Jan, Feb and March. If you stay beyond those dates rent drops to $599 per month.

Caribbean Court is next door to the Plaza Hotel. We are one block to the beach and about 20 minutes walk to town.

We have a pool that is under construction and is expected to be complete by January (no promises on that because we are on island time - but they are busy working on it).

Studio has:

Air Conditioning
Hot Water
Safe
Balcony
Small kitchen
Fully furnished including glasses/plates etc.
It is on the 2nd floor of a three story building in a safe, touristy area of Bonaire
Parking on site in a gated lot.
Owner lives on site

You pay water, electricity, cable and internet.

Hi Students,
This apartment is available as of next week. The pool is still under constructioin but will be ready this month as it is 95% done now.
Rent is $599 per month not including utilities.
