1. Kaya Amsterdam: really nice apartments, the landlord is super nice and available 24 hrs a day to assist in anything. You will enjoy staying at amsterdam and its close to the new campus.

BAD Places to Live IN

1. Little Venice
The landlord does not care about his tenets, if you have problem it will take at least 4 months to get fixed. The building walls are falling apart, AC's leak causing wall damage, and one student's ceiling fell on the student, water leaking every other day and no maintenance !

recommend NOT living there, the landlord does not return security deposits.

What are some of the prices for Eden Beach and Kaya Amsterdam?

Kaya Amsterdam varies from $450 to $500 one bedroom, excluding water, electricity, and Internet. But you get once a week cleaning lady, new towels and sheets every week.

Eden Beach $750 excluding water and electricity (about $165 for both). And same services as Amsterdam.

Both of the landlords are very nice and helpful with everything.

Thanks for the info MD_SJSM! Do you know off hand how much water, electricity and internet will run you at Kaya Amsterdam?

At Amesterdam apartments, electricity depends on the usage, internet is about $55 a month butbring a good router and you can share with other students to split the cost, water i am not sure.

Also at Little Venice students are recrutting other students but they are doing it for their own purpose because
For every student they bring they get $200 off their next months rent. So be careful and use good judgement when making certain decisions.

amsterdam is even worse than the other ones u have listed. if you like having ur bikes, cars, and car battery's stolen multiple times then go to amsterdam! venice is in an ideal location, but the building is junk and the owner is a douche. eden is fairly good, so is caribbean court. but you will need cars for either of those places. dont rush into anything. have a hotel booked for 2 or 3 nights. spend those days looking for a place. you will find one in no time.
