Thread: Discounted Apartment Rental for Visiting familly and Start of Term

I have two one bedroom apartments at Caribbean Court for vacation rental. I still have avaialability the week before classes start in September for students who are arriving and searching for housing while here.
I'm offering a special rate to med students and their families in low season of $85 per night plus tourist tax (discounted from $105 - $115 regular low season price). Both apts have high speed internet (own connection), use of a cell phone, air-co, hot water, onsite parking, safe, terraces overlooking a waterway, fully equipped kitchen, on-site dive shop, etc. They are located within walking distance of downtown and one block from the beach at the Plaza Resort but a car is necessary to get to the school and is recommended.

I have one apartment left for $85 per night for students arriving and still looking for housing. The total for 7 nights is $595 and there is tourist tax of $5.50 per person per night for anyone not residing on Bonaire. The apartment is available for end of August beginning of September before you find your lease.
I also have the possibility of staying for the whole month of September giving you time to find a long term rental while there is not a rush of students looking at the same time as you. For August 26 - September 30 I am offering a long term price of $1400 - so no need to get a hotel the first week and giving you time to find housing over a longer period. (some students will leave, opening up spaces).
For long term you will need to pay your own electric and water consumption but cable and internet are included. For a one week rental there are no extra charges.
