Thread: Studio Apartment at Caribbean Court available May 2011

I have an apartment for one person available beginning July 1st at Caribbean Court. We are next door to the Plaza Hotel and walking distance to downtown but you will need a car to get to the Hato campus. (We are a short distance to downtown campus but a car is still recommended).
The apartment is furnished with air-conditioning, hot water, small kitchen area, balcony, safe, parking spot on site, gated parking area. I am the owner and live on site.
Caribbean Court is a very safe place - good neighborhood. Next door to the beach, pool, tennis courts, close to town, etc.

Wow, that looks really nice! Two questions for you: (1) maybe this is a silly question, but does this have it's own bathroom? there's not a picture of that nor is it mentioned in the description. (2) can you add another cot for two people to share the apartment?

Yes there is a bathroom. It is hard to get a good picture of it but here is an old one (there is now a mirror covering the wall rather than the small mirror pictured. so it's nicer than this.
Yes I have a cot if you want an extra bed but for long term is it really comfortable for one person and very small for two.

This apt is rented. I do have the vacation rentals (cheap with high speed internet, cell phone and much more) for visiting students and family any time and the start of fall term but nothing long term for now. Thanks!
