Thread: One Bedroom Apartments for Anguilla ($450)

There are two one bedroom apts. available for Anguilla at Island Harbor. The landlord just gave the ok to lower the rental cost to $450/ month. It comes with free water and only $50/mon. for electric. No contract. You can move out whenever you like. We only ask that you pay a deposit equal to your first months rent. This is not a true deposit but is actually a last months rent payment. This way when the time comes for you to move out you simply do not pay the last month and you are free to go. It has worked out great over the last two semesters. There is also a large community of students here. Includes the free university bus service and is walking distance to Shoal Bay beach. The bedroom is large and comes with a king size bed. Kitchen has plenty of storage and counter space. Very safe location near grocery store and several resteraunts. I am more than happy to send pictures to interested students. Also, both units are on a first come first serve basis. Deposits will hold the units until May.

Yeah there definately will be for August but I am setting up those coming in May right now. I will keep in touch and find you something before the end of the summer. Congrats on your acceptance
