Three new apartments/homes have opened up for the incoming class.

three bedroom home ($1200/mon.) - At Island Harbor, fenced yard, close to Shoal Bay, university bus service, water included, student community, new appliances.

three bedroom home ($1000/mon.) - Near the university, walking distance to school, fenced yard with large gazebo and electric gate, two bath, one of the rooms is smaller than the other two. AC in two of the rooms. A great bargain for what is offered.

three bedroom penthouse ($1400/mon.) - At Island Harbor, huge unit, wrap around balcony, bus service, large kitchen with new appliances, second floor with wonderful breeze, AC in all rooms, luxurious baths, oversized bedrooms. Excellent Deal.

Hi, I'm coming to Anguilla in April for a week, and plan on placing a deposit down on a place and signing a lease. If anyone can hook me up with some showings that would be great. I start school in September, but want to rent a place for August 1st just to prepare for the school year.
