Thread: One bedroom apartments free wifi/pool/cable tv

We have 2 one bedroom apartments available for May students. They are within walking distance to the Hato campus (this is the campus the pre-med students go for their first 2 semesters). It is a 5 minute or less walk to the campus. The are fully furnished and including WIFI, cable tv and use of swimming pool. The bedrooms are air conditioned and they have hot water showers. You are a 10 minute bike ride to the main campus in town. Search my name goldenreef on this board and you will find pictures of the 1 bedrooms. Water and electric are extra and run around $75-$100 a month. The rent is $625.00 per month. 1 month security is required.

Thank you for posting this. What's the apartment situation like for the Fall semesters? I'll be heading down there in September and would like to secure a studio/efficiency close to the main campus. I don't mind walking or riding a bike, but definitely don't want to have to take a taxi or rent a car while I'm there.

Will I need any special identification or paperwork (other than my U.S. passport and driver's license) to rent an apartment in Bonaire?

i was wondering what kind of paperwork I would need as well to secure an apartment there? are you just looking for may 2011 students right now?

You will need to sign a lease and provide 1 month deposit in order to secure the apartment. It is 1st come 1st serve, so whomever gets the deposit in and signs the lease, holds the apartments. Email me directly if you want to secure the apartment. Thank you.

Hi I would be interested in renting that apartment for $625/mo for May 2011.I will be in curacao May 7, 2011 and will pay a deposit and first month's rent at the same time.I'm not sure which area the apartment and school are located, but am definitely very interested in renting the apartment.
