Thread: Looking for Roommate for May 2011 at Bonaire

Hey guys!
ive been posting on this site and trying to get various types of information since im starting for sure in May 11 in Bonaire.
Now im looking to see if anyone is looking for a roommate or if anyone knows of any good cheap apartments that i can rent?
Im 23, Male, muslim from chicago.
Anybody with any information about apartments, please give us your input.
THis will help others on this site as well who are looking for room and board.

Phatman1591, I will be attending Bonaire fall 2011 and I am looking for a roommate too. The people I have spoken with (in Bonaire now or who have recently left for clinicals) all suggests waiting until you get on the island to decide on an apartment. If you are a member of the SJSM facebook page, you could send the current/former SJSM students an e-mail with your specific questions. Everyone has been great responding to my many questions.

Can you help me get started. I would like to join in in May as a pre-med student. I have attended a Soviet Medical college and couldn't take the bad english, quality of teachers, living conditions and not to mention the deadly cold winters. I'll be coming back to USA in February and would like to join the medical school in May. I don't have the luxury to call from here and would appreciate if you guys can help me understand the process. I don't want to goof up and cause any more expense to my parents. Please, help me understand what's needed to enter. I have been homeschooled and do not have traditional transcripts. I completed AP Chemistry and AB Biology in my HS and now have completed an advanced Chemistry, Biology, Anatomy 1, Histology, Latin, Physiology, Russian language, etc. Do you think getting in the door would be a challenge here at SJ? Please, email me the details or call me or post a message... whatever works for you.
I'd appreciate any help.
