These apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms, Hot Water Shower, DVD Players, cable TV, in room wireless internet, front and back porches, room safes, FULL KITCHENS with stove/oven, full size fridge, coffee makers, microwave, toasters, pots pans, utensils, glasses, plates, etc. We also start you off with one set of linens for the bedroom and towels. On-demand hot water is provided in the showers in the bathroom.

The complex also has an ON SITE POOL and ON SITE PARKING

COST: $625.00 PER MONTH INCLUDES ALL ABOVE, INCLUDING CABLE TV, WIRELESS INTERNET, LANDSCAPING AND TRASH PICKUP AND GAS FOR COOKING. EXCLUSIVE OF WATER & ELECTRIC THIS SHOULD RUN YOU NO MORE THAN $75-100/MONTH MAXIMUM

A 2 SEMESTER MINIMUM LEASE IS REQUIRED, SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ONE MONTH RENT DUE AT SIGNING OF CONTRACT.

APARTMENT CLEANING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EVERY 2 WEEKS. WE WILL PROVIDE THE CLEANING STAFF AND CLEANING MATERIALS. COST IS $95.00 PER MONTH EXTRA. (THIS IS NOT MANDATORY, BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)

LAUNDRY FACILITIES (WASHING MACHINE AND DRYING LINES) ARE AVAILABLE ON SITE FOR AN EXTRA $35.00 PER MONTH PER PERSON.

Also, we are a 5 minute walk to the MD campus, grocery stores, major resorts and restaurants as well!

I have been listening to students and it seems some have a fear of renting before you get to Bonaire. If you rent with us, you will have no problems. We have already gotten permission from our MD students who are renting with us to give us references...so you are more than welcome to contact them if you are considering renting with us. Update!!!!

As of 1 january 2010, we will have laundry facilities on site for students. The cost will be $35.00 per month per person extra.

We have also had some questions regarding water and electric costs, as they are extra as well.

Depending on how often you are home, and how much you use the airco, you can figure between $50-$100 per month for water and electric costs in the one bedroom.
