Hi! We have 3 studio Apartments, perfect for 1 person each. They are comfy and perfect if you are on a budget. We are Americans that own them. They have one room with living/sleeping area and full kitchen. The bathroom has hot water showers. They are completely furnished with beds, nightstands, complete kitchen (pots, plans, plates, utensils, etc). The kitchens have refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker as well. Each Unit is FULLY air conditioned, has vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans.

This would be perfect for 3 persons who are looking for something to share, but you will have your own private apartment! It is located in Hato, a quiet middle class neighborhood. It is very safe. You can bike to SJMS in about 15-20 minutes or so.

These are perfect apartments if you are a serious student who wants peace and quiet to study!

They are $625.00 or 1100, 00 NAF per month and include:

Monthly rental of furnished apartment, Water and Electricity, Air Conditioning and Hot Water Showers, Landscaping of Garden, Garbage Pick Up, Cable TV and Internet Access, Linens and Towels. The only thing you will need is personal items!

Deposit of 1 month is required. Minimum length of stay is 3 months.
