Thread: Caribbean Court September openings

Caribbean Court apartments available from now to September.

Two large one bedroom apts will be opening up for the September Class and available for move in prior to the start of school.

One apt is www.vrbo.com/120924 and one is the apartment directly next door to this one. I keep the tourist listing up but no longer rent to tourists / now long term only. These two apts are on the top floor and for this reason are very safe. Currently these apartments are occupied by female students and I highly recommend these apts for any female students living alone. They are easily large enough for two to live in as well.

I also have a small but comfortable studio that will be available August 1st and a very nice one bedroom that is available as of right now.

Caribbean Court is an excellent location for students where you can find other students to share rides to class and socialize and study. It is only one block from the ocean, next door to the Plaza Resort. You can walk to school but you will want a car. I am the owner and live on site. I will be happy to answer questions regarding immigration, shipping, buying cars, getting cell phones and getting adjusted to things here.

I was just wondering how long it would take to walk to school from your rental properties and how much do you charge for the apartments? I tried to view the listing but the link states that the listing is no longer available.
I will be coming Jan/11 and am just doing a little bit of research. Any info would be appreciated.
