Thread: one bedroom available asap ( really nice place)

hi. im currently an md 2 student living on bonaire. i have rented a 3 bedroom 4 bathroom house (each bedroom has full bathroom and 1 guest half bath in the living room) and i need 1 more roommate to fill the available rooms. each room comes with a cable hook up, a queen size bed and brand new A.C. and there is wireless internet throughout the house. also i have purchased a washing machine for the house because washing clothes has become a very big hassle on the island. house is equipped with a large living room and a island style kitchen with kitchen cabinets.

The rent price for the each room is 550 $ a month ex. utilities ( only water elec. and internet). this house is a house with its own drive way and own fenced in yard. real nice place. located 1 block from divi divi resort/casino and 1 block from sense/ plaza resort. a 10 min walk to school and less than 5 mins drive. looking for a laid back roommate who like to keep a house clean. my number is 599 700 4465 and you can also contact me by email jsoliman26@ msn.com (no space) see pictures attached of the house.
