Just private message me if any one is interested. i am planning on moving out at the end of this month. it is a studio apartment with students all around you. it has a security guard patrol at night, and its only a 10 minute walk to school.
Utilities include T1 speed internet(basically its the fastest internet on the island)
satellite tv(over a hundred channels)
white tiled floors, white kitchen, white bathroom, white everything. includes a big desk, computer chair, shelves everywhere. gas stove. no dish washer or oven. there is a freezer/fridge. microwave.
there are no problems with this place at all, and also...theres no problems with mosquitos in this building!!!
rent with utilities and evertyhing is......$510.00 US dollars. this apartment building is very hard to get, so let me know if you are SERIOUSLY interested.

deposit is 600 dollars. my lease ends in december so u have a chance to renew. the landlord "astrid" is very nice. we have an onsite laundry service, where the lady takes ur laundry and brings it back to your place for 6 dollars a BIG load(which is really cheap).

overall, its very safe and clean and no problems with it. the students who live here are very nice and helpful, so dont be shy. alot of students here have cars and always go to school in the morning together so transportation is not hard!

*first come first serve basis. whoever is interested must be able to send the deposit before the begining of next month, and i will send pictures to any one who is interested. i rarely come on this website, but i am SURE there will be housing shortages for the incoming students(which is supposedly a VERY large number of students) so its best to secure a place ASAP.
