Looking for Studio/One bedroom

Hello Everyone

I'm looking for an apt. walking distance to school. with Kitchen, bath, bed, AC available and internet included. If utilities are separate, that's fine. Basically anything. I'm starting in Fall of 08 so any info would be appreciated.

So if you have an apartment to lease or know of anything, or the complex that you reside in is good, please let me know!

Thank you!

Make that three, lol.

Is it common for students to bike to school? buy a scooter?

Talk about getting your cardiovascular work out, lol!

The school doesn't really help with the lists of numbers, does it? I think I'm going to come a few weeks ahead of time and look...

And I say again. The only real way to get any housing is to go to the island. Most places won't rent to you unless you are there.

Thanks for the heads up, gru. I'll be starting this Fall 2008 and I'll try to head over late July to get a place before the rest of my class comes, lol.

There are some rooms open at kaya amsterdam.. They are about 450-550 dollar a month not including utility. I know my two bedroom may be open. I rented the two bedroom for 685. Due to finance, I moved out. and live closer to school now. So the place may be open. Check it out..

NJ,

What are the price ranges on the apts over there? Any in the 350-400 range? I really don't feel like spending over 500 on apts over there.

I know that it would be better to go Bonaire and settle everything before term starts, but I just wanted someone's opinion on the best apt. complexes, so when newbies are looking for apartments, we don't get jipped.

Thanks
