If it does, then I've managed to walk past it every day and not notice. About a half mile down the road is King Cuts. They do a good job for 35 EC. But for guys, you're bound to find a buddy with a pair of clippers to do a quick job for free.

Whatever the charge, just make sure to make an appointment. You'll sit for hours on end if you just try to walk in
